It’s simple, log in to the dashboard and head to the payments screen. Choose ‘Currency Conversion between wallets’ and add in the amount you want to convert and the currency you want to convert to. We’ll show you the exchange rate and you can accept the quote and lock in the rate. Easy.
The minimum amount to top up is 10 in your wallet currency. For example, if you have a EUR Wallet, then it would be €10.
Currently, you can deposit money to your wallet via a bank transfer or add funds from another Quid currency wallet. To do a bank transfer, select ‘add money’, and you can then access and share your details. To add money from another Quid wallet, head to the Currency Conversion screen, enter the amount you want to add and follow the instructions.
It’s quick and easy. You can do it online, and we will ask you for a few verification details. Once you have submitted your application, it will generally take us up to one working day to verify your details. For businesses with more of a complex structure, it could take longer and is dependent on how quick you can respond to any requests for additional information.
To view our fees, please refer to our Global Wallet terms and conditions (Annex 2 & 3). Please note, if you open multiple wallets in different currencies, we will deduct the fees from your Main Wallet.
Currently, you can open a wallet in GBP, EUR, USD, AUD, NZD and CHF.
Your Quid Global Wallet gives you a sort code, account number or an IBAN in one currency to receive local payments and a SWIFT IBAN for international payments.
