Terms and Conditions

  1. QUID ECOSYSTEM GROUP LTD, company number 12545971, whose registered office is at 52 High Street, Victoria House, Sevenoaks, England, TN13 1JG (UK) is the promoter (the “Promoter”) of the competition named Quid Instagram Giveaway (the “Competition”).
  2.  The Competition is run on the Promoter’s website and/or social media platforms. Route to entry for the Competition is and details of how to enter are via the @quidglobal Instagram feed.
  3. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Competition.
  4. The Competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, New Zealand, USA, Italy and Switzerland (whether not prohibited by law), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry who have internet access, a valid Instagram account. The Promoter has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
  5. Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s corporate group and its affiliated companies, their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation are not eligible to take part in the Competition.
  6. Multiple entries from the same person are accepted.
  7. The starting date for entries will be 29.10.2020 and the closing date for entries will be 06.11.2020 at 11:59 PM GMT.  After the closing date, no further entries to the Competition will be considered. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not correctly received.  
  8. The rules of the Competition and how to enter are as follows:
  9. Entrants must follow @quidglobal Instagram feed https://www.instagram.com/quidglobal/.
  10. Entrants must like the Quid Instagram Giveaway competition post.
  11. Entrants must tag their entrepreneurial friends in the comments of the Competition’s dedicated post.
  12. Each comment, containing the tag of an entrepreneurial friend, equals one entry.
  13. Multiple comments, containing the appropriate tag, from the same entrant are considered as multiple entries and are therefore acceptable for the purpose of the Competition.  
  14. Entrants can share the Competition on their Instagram stories and tag @quidglobal. This will count as an extra entry for the same entrant.
  15. Entrants must be contactable over Instagram Direct Message.
  1. The prize is as stated above, and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize are not transferable. No substitution or cash equivalent of prizes is permitted. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. Any tax associated with the receipt and/or use of the prize is solely responsibility of the winner.
  1.  The winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received within the closing date and verified by Promoter and or its authorised agents (if any).  
  1. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  1. The Promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected or delivered.
  1. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  1.  By entering this Competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and condition (the “Terms and Conditions”). In any case, entry into the Competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
  1. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of a power failure, internet service provider failure, catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the Promoter’s control. Any changes to the Competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the Promoter.
  1. The Promoter also reserves the right to cancel the Competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
  1. The Competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
  1.  The winner agrees to the use of his/her name, location and image associated with the prize and the Competition on the Promoter’s web site or any other social media platform that the Promoter may use (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), as well as his/her entry, solely in connection with the Competition.
